2. Product Information

All ASMR Reform Boxes and related items are handmade, and variations in color, shape, and texture are normal. Each item is unique and may differ slightly from product photos.

Products are not edible and should not be consumed. They are intended for ASMR enjoyment only.


3. Order Processing & Shipping

All items are handmade. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Because all products are handmade, all sales are final.
